Fight dandruff with coconut milk/ Combattiamo la forfora con il latte di cocco

Buonasera ragazze,

Scusatemi se questa settimane, come tutte le settimane, il consiglio di bellezza non è uscito il lunedì come al solito.

Quante di voi avete provato di tutto per cercare di liberarvi da quella dannatissima forfora senza aver alcun risultato? Ebbene ragazze, vi straconsiglio questa ricetta antiforfora a base di latte di cocco.

 

Tutto ciò di cui avrete bisogno è: 

• Olio tea tree
• Olio di cocco puro al 100%.

Procedete aggiungendo 10 gocce di olio tea tree a 2 cucchiaini di olio tiepido, sciogliete l'olio di cocco a bagnomaria ed infine miscelate bene e applicate, con molta delicatezza, sul cuoio capelluto usando le dita.

Dopo aver applicato ricordatevi di coprire i capelli con un'asciugamano e di non tenerlo in posa per più di 20 minuti.

maschera idratante /moisturizing mask

Salve ragazze,

Questa settimana si parla di una maschera idratante a base di cacao, ed ovviamente è " fai da te" :)

Iniziamo dicendo che. il cacao protegge la nostra pelle perchè ha delle proprietà antiossidanti, tonificanti e nutrienti.

Gli ingredienti per creare questa favolosa maschera idratante sono:

• 1 cucchiaio di yogurt bianco
• 2 cucchiai di miele
• 2 cucchiai di cacao amaro

Per purificare potete aggiungere 1 cucchiaio di argilla, oppure, se volete idratare ancora di più, basta aggiungere un cucchiaio di aloe vera.

E' una maschera adatta a tutti i tipi di pelle; vi ricordo di tenerla in posa 15/20 minuti e poi sciacquare e di applicarla almeno una volta a settimana.

PS: Prometto che è una ricetta trovata sul web e che quindi potreste già conoscerla.

Il limone ti fa bella / The lemon makes you beautifu

Buon inizio settimana ragazze,
Proprio come la settimane scorsa, eccoci qui con un nuovo consiglio settimanale, oggi parliamo del limone..
Il limone ha un potere magico che è apprezzato sin dall'antichità, esso ha proprietà: antibatteriche e antivirali, è amico della linea, aiuta il sistema immunitario, depura il fegato, ha effetti digestivi ed è un buon alleato se si vuole perdere peso.
Ebbene ragazze, vi starete chiedendo come fate  ad inserirlo nella vostra alimentazione, la risposta è facile, basta berne una tazza di acqua tiepida unita al limone ogni mattina.

AATTENZIONE!

Dopo aver bevuto acqua e limone ricorda di aspettare almeno 10 minuti prima di fare colazione, so che per le prime volte sembrerà una cosa crudele ma poi vi abituerete e, come tutte le cose,  non ne potrete fare a meno..Vi starete chiedendo "perchè"? Di risposte  a questa domanda ne ho abbastanza...

• Pulisce l'organismo. Bevendo del succo di limone, tutte le tossine vengono eliminate molto più velocemente e questo contribuisce a mantenere il tratto urinario in ottime condizioni.

• Fa bene al cervello ed anche alla circolazione e stimola anche il sistema immunitario grazie alle sue quantità di vitamina C.

• Aiuta la digestione

• Come vi ho già detto, è un buon alleato per chi vuole perdere peso. Il limone è ricco di pectina, cioè una fibra che aiuta a combattere la nostra fame improvvisa.

• So che sembra difficile da credere ma, migliora l'umore! Ebbene si ragazze, riduce l'ansia e la depressione.

• Grazie alla vitamina C che esso contiene aiuta a ridurre le rughe e le macchie della pelle.

• Aiuta a diminuire il mal di denti  e la gengivite e rinfresca anche il nostro alito.

Maschera per occhi/ Mask for eyes

Buon inizio settimana ragazze,

Com'è andato il vostro weekend?

Io sono stata fuori, ed infatti, temevo di non riuscire a scrivere il consiglio settimanale, però no, eccomi qui a condividere con voi una nuova maschera per la nostra bellezza.

Oggi si parla delle nostre orrende borse agli occhi, quante di voi ne hanno? Io sempre..

Ebbene ho scoperto questa nuova maschera a base di the verde che va a drenare i liquidi in eccesso e  dà alla pelle luminosità e morbidezza.

Ciò che ci serve per realizzare questa maschera contorno occhi è:

• 1 cucchiaino di miele

• the verde

• 2 cucchiai di farina di riso 

Ricordatevi di non ottenere una consistenza troppo liquida.

ATTENZIONE!

Non applicate la maschera anche sulla parte mobile della palpebra ma bensì applicatela solo sul contorno occhi.

Tempo di posa 10 minuti.

Nuovo consiglio della settimana/new board of the week

Il "programma" di cui vi avevo parlato  la scorsa settimana, come vedete, sta continuando :)
Come vi avevo detto QUI, con tutto questo freddo, molto importante è applicare il burro cacao molte volte al giorno, e quindi ecco che, oggi vi darò un trattamento DIY per prendervi cura delle vostre labbra!
Inizio dicendo che questo trattamento è adatto a tutti i tipi di labbra ma sopratutto a chi, con questo freddo, ha le labbra screpolate e secche.

INGREDIENTI:

• 1 CUCCHIAINO DI ZUCCHERO.
• 1 CUCCHIAINO DI MIELE
• 1 CUCCHIANO DI FARINA DI COCCO
• 1 CUCCHIAINO DI OLIO D'OLIVA O DI RISO.

Con questo trattamento si ha un'azione esfoliante e si andranno ad eliminare tutte le pellicine, si avrà anche idratazione alle nostre labbra.

ATTENZIONE! 

Ricordatevi di massaggiare per almeno un minuto e dopo aver risciacquato, non dimenticate di applicare il balsamo labbra.

Eccomi tornata con un nuovo post!C'è da dire che in questi giorni fa veramente molto freddo, le temperature si sono abbassate tantissimo, e in occasione voglio condividere con voi dei metodi per proteggere la nostra pelle da tutto questo freddo.



Quando fa molto freddo la pelle è soggetta a dei pericoli, quali:

• Si secca, perchè le ghiandole sebacee si intorpidiscono.
• Si altera e va a produrre meno sostanze idratanti.
• Può essere soggetta all "acne rosacea", causa delle costanti variazioni di temperatura.

Per evitare che tutto ciò accade ci sono delle cure:

• Struccatevi sia la mattina che la sera, utilizzando del latte detergente, per le pelli sensibili, e applicando poi del tonico per rinfrescare il viso.
• Bisogna, assolutamente, eliminare le cellule morte una volta a settimana utilizzando un prodotto esfoliante delicato.
• Applicate una maschera rigenerante, idratante e nutriente.
• Tutti i giorni applicate una crema idratante in modo che protegga il vostro viso.
• Ed infine,  applicate parecchie volte al giorno il burro cacao.

finally tonight I managed to write a new post, it was a long time since I wanted to show these purchases I made more in sales periods (HERE the first purchases made), but I was sick, and then I've never had occasion.

Questa maglia per me è STUPENDA, l'ho acquistata da "tally weijl" al prezzo di 4,95 e non ho potuto fare a meno di prenderla.

This shirt for me is WONDERFUL, I bought from "tally weijl" priced at 4.95 and I could not help but take it.

Anche queste l'ho prese da "tally weijl" e l'ho pagata, mi sembra 3 euro, è una cannottiera semplice e ,infatti, l'ho presa perchè la uso per andare in palestra.

My favorite products for December!/ I miei prodotti preferiti di Dicembre!

Buongiorno ragazzee!
Come avevo detto ieri, sono tornata moolto presto con un nuovo post.
Questo qui è il mio primissimo appuntamento con " i miei prodotti preferiti di dicembre", tra i prodotti ci sono prevalentemente prodotti per capelli.. Siete pronte a scoprirli? Iniziamo subito!

Il primo prodotto è questo della "Palette" che appena l'ho visto pensavo che non funzionasse e invece svolge molto bene il suo lavoro. E'  uno spray che protegge dal calore fino a 220° e si può asciugare o su capelli asciutti prima di andare ad usare la piastra, oppure, su capelli bagnati e quindi prima di asciugarli ed io in genere lo applico sui capelli bagnati.

E' una maschera che può essere usata o sulla schiena o sul viso ed è della "lush". Io l'ho usata solamente sul viso perchè serve per eliminare le impurità che fanno uscire i brufoli e, a parere mio, devo dire che è veramente ottima perchè è una maschera alla mente e quindi quando si va a risciacquare lascia il viso molto fresco e liscio ed è una sensazione molto piacevole  e bella. Va applicato prendendo una dose abbondante e vanno evitati, ovviamente, gli occhi e si lascia poi in posa per 5/10 minuti.

Questi sono dei cristalli liquidi della linea "naturalhair" che io applico sui capelli umidi distribuendolo sia sulle punte che sulle lunghezze, il loro compito è quello di proteggere dalle doppie punte  e donare brillantezza alla chioma e li lascia pure molto morbidi.

Questo, invece, è un'olio di macadamia che io non uso ogni volta che lavo i capelli, però trovo che sia un prodotto molto utile perchè ha più o meno le stesse " funzioni" dei cristalli liquidi della naturalhair che vi ho appena mostrato, cioè, dona brillantezza ai capelli ed in più, questo olio, li nutre anche, io in genere lo uso una volta si e una volta no.

Questo tonico viso come vedete è della "glenova" ed è senza alcool; serve per rinfrescare la pelle, ed infatti, va bene per qualsiasi genere di pelle. Io lo uso la sera dopo essermi struccata perchè libera i pori rendendo la pelle più fresca e morbida.

Questo è uno spray illuminante per capelli della "Tecna" una marca italiana molto molto buona. Ed io lo applico alla fine della piega poichè: aggiunge lucentezza e profuma i capelli e li mantiene anche idratati e morbidi.

Dopo mooolto tempo sono tornata a scrivere un nuovo post! Innanzitutto vi auguro un BUON ANNO e spero che questo 2015 vi sia iniziato al meglio :)
Come si intuisce dal titolo, oggi vi parlo dei miei acquisti e, posso dire che a  me con questo shopping, anche se non tantissimo,  l' anno mi è iniziato benissimo :D anche perchè durante il periodo dei saldi io colgo sempre l'occasione per comprare tutto ciò che vorrei.
Ed ecco, infatti, che ora vi mostro tutto ciò che ho comprato :)

Finalmente mi sono comprata questo maglioncino nero che volevo da molto, l'ho acquistato da "piazza italia" al prezzo di 11,10 euro ed era al 20% di sconto.

E come avete visto nella 1° foto che ho caricato, ho comprato un'altra borsa della "YNOT" come potevo non prenderla? Al prezzo di 75 euro invece di 95, forma a bauletto e tema di Londra..Stupenda direi!

Ho comprato anche questo nuovo cappottino della "Only" al prezzo di 29,90 euro.

Facendo un giro al Decathlon ho visto questo maglioncino che è molto carino, ed anche molto molto caldo.. Anche se non si capisce molto bene dalla foto, dentro c'è del pile e con tutto questo freddo che c'è in questo periodo ho voluto prenderla, anche perchè l'ho pagata solamente 15,99 euro.

Questo giubbino stile parka l'ho preso da "piazza italia" al prezzo di 48 euro, e c'era di diversi colori, blu, beige e verde, ma io ho scelto questo perchè non ho nessun giubbino verde. E' lungo (e ne avevo solo di lunghi) e dentro ha una pelliccetta, stile pecora, moolto moolto calda.

After waaay time I came to write a new post! First of all I wish you a happy new year and I hope this will be started in 2015 in the best :)

As you can imagine from the title, today I speak of my purchases and I can say that to me with this shopping, though not much, l 'year I started very well: D because even during the sales period I always I take this opportunity to buy whatever I want.

And here, in fact, that now I show you everything that I bought :)

Finally I bought this black sweater that I wanted to be very, I purchased it from "square Italy" at the price of EUR 11.10 and was at 20% discount.

And as you have seen in the 1st photo I uploaded, I bought another bag of "YNOT" how could I not take it? Priced at € 75 instead of 95, form a trunk and theme Londra..Stupenda would say!

I bought this new jacket of "Only" at the price of EUR 29.90.

Running through decathlon I saw this sweater which is very cute and also very very hot .. Even if you do not understand very well from the photo, there is inside the pail, and with all this cold there at this time I wanted blame also because I paid only 15.99 Euros.

This parka style jacket I got from "square Italy" at the price of 48 Euros and there was of different colors, blue, beige and green but I chose this because I have no green jacket, is long (unlike the other my jackets) and inside has a style fur sheep MOOLTO MOOLTO hot.

And you already bought a vete with balances?

Outfit natalizio/Merry Christmas!

Anche quest'anno il natale è arrivato e quindi in questo post ci tenevo a farvi i miei auguri :D
Come si capisce dal titolo un'altra cosa a cui tengo è farvi vedere il mio outfit natalizio,cioè di oggi, anche se è un pò tardino però magari c'è qualche dormigliona come me che si Deve ancora preparare :)
Ho scelto la mia gonna a vita alta comprata l'anno scorso da bershka, questa magliettina molto carina che ho preso ad un negozio vicino casa e un cardigan nero.
Le scarpe invece ho scelto dei simil ugg perchè sono molto comodi e super caldi.
Come accessori invece ho voluto indossare il mio bracciale della pandora, i miei tre anelli della brosway e il bracciale della guess.

Ps: scusate per le prime foto ma la fotocamera interna del mio telefono non è ottima e non essendo a casa posso fare le foto solamente con il cellulare.

Also this year Christmas has arrived and so in this post I wanted to make my wishes: D

As you can tell from the title one more thing that I care is to show you my Christmas outfit, that is today, although it is a little delay in bringing But maybe there is some sleeper like me who has yet to prepare :)

I chose my high waist skirt bought last year by bershka, this t-shirt very cute that I took to a nearby store and a black cardigan.

The shoes I chose instead of like ugg because they are very comfortable and super hot.

As accessories instead I wanted to wear my bracelet pandora, my three rings of brosway and cuff guess.

Ps: sorry for the first photos but the camera inside of my phone is not great and not being at home I can only take pictures with your mobile.
